Born in Huron County Michigan I moved to the Southwest Florida area as a child in 1968.  After graduating from North Fort Myers High School in 1978 and while still attending Edison Community College I saw that real estate was being offered as a course of study for the next semester.   By 1980 I was twenty and already working in a commercial real estate office, it was just the beginning of a happy and long career.  During this time I was able to earn both the RPA (Real Property Administrator) from BOMA, Building Owners and Managers Association as well as the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations, which has been touted as the “Ph.D” of commercial real estate.  After the death of my mentor in late 1998 I succeeded him as the President of Rental Man, Inc., and remained so until the disposition of the majority of his properties to satisfy the taxes of his estate.  In January of 2000 I went on to the general commercial real estate field at Arvida Real Estate Services, in 2002 Arvida merged with Coldwell Banker Commercial where I have remained ever since.  By 2003 I was the top commercial sales person in our Fort Myers office. 

I was very proud to be named as Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s Regional Manager of Southwest Florida and to all of the challenges that it represented.   I feel my extensive knowledge of the Southwest Florida market and of the commercial real estate community are my best assets.  Most recently my endeavors have included the very new field of commercial foreclosures and troubled assets which we currently see our market experiencing.  I now lead our Southwest Florida TAG (Troubled Asset Group) here at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT from our Fifth Avenue South, Naples office.
